Michael “KB” Hsu, from Taipei, Taiwan, has been a tango DJ for nearly 10 years. He frequently DJs for the Viernes Milonga and the Saturday Milonga at Tanguisimo Tango Space in Taipei. Previously, he was one of the two initial resident DJs for the month-end Saturday Remolino Milonga in Taipei.
In 2023 he was invited to DJ at the Manila Tango Adicto Marathon, and in 2025 he participated in the Sakura Tango Festival 10-Year Anniversary event in Fukuoka, Japan. Michael’s music style is primarily focused on the Golden Age period sprinkled with late works from the major orchestras and the occasional modern tandas. Michael is honored and delighted to be part of the reactivated Taipei Tango Festival in 2025, and is looking forward to bringing dancing enjoyment for the festival participants.
Michael “KB” Hsu 來自台灣台北，擔任探戈DJ已有近十年經驗。他經常為台北Tanguisimo探戈藝文沙龍的週五 Viernes Milonga 與週六舞會放播音樂。之前他也是台北月末週六Remolino Milonga的首位駐場DJ之一。
2023年，他受邀至馬尼拉Tango Adicto Marathon擔任DJ；2025年則參與日本福岡櫻花探戈節十週年特別活動。Michael的音樂風格以探戈黃金時期為主，穿插各大樂團的晚期作品，偶爾也會選用現代樂團作品。
Michael很榮幸能參與2025年重新啟動的台北探戈節，並期望為參與者帶來難忘的舞蹈享受。
